Strategizing is the formulation and implementation of a strategy through setting goals, actions to achieve those goals and then executing the set plans.

Consulting is the process of an expert providing advice, suggestions and information on a specific topic to a client.  

Coaching is the process of listening to a client, asking questions and guiding them to their own answers.

I utilize a blend of strategy and consultation in my practice, with a little bit of coaching to help you build a successful business and rebuild a thriving life that offers you more security, purpose and peace.

Counseling is the process of a licensed mental health professional helping a client to process their feelings, heal from trauma and deep seated emotional issues.

I'm not a licensed mental health professional, so I do not offer therapy or counseling. I do feel strongly that seeking therapy to help you through a stressful and traumatic life event, like divorce, is important and extremely helpful. I highly recommend seeking therapy first.

I specialize in helping women who are being refined by divorce, and want to build a successful service business.

I studied nursing in college and worked at a hospice, but decided it wasn't right for me, and took a role in sales. Over the years I worked in Operations, Marketing, Event Planning and Personnel Management. 

Eventually I made my way into Project Management and worked in the corporate tech space for several years before starting my own Consulting Business. 

Having a wide range of experience in many departments is what gives me the skills and expertise to teach women how to start a business.

Throughout my 16 year career, I had children, ran the household, and experienced 2 divorces,  which informs my consulting practice today. Helping women get through the challenges of divorce and come out more refined and financially secure, is my specialty.
